Charles "Chuck" Slettedahl, 58, of Stockholm, SD, passed away on November 18, 2020 as a result of a car accident.
Public memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Hosanna Lutheran Church in Watertown with Pastor Janine Rew-Werling officiating.
Inurnment of Chuck's cremains will take place at a later date in Echo, MN.
Honorary Urn Bearers will be Chuck's brothers: Russell, Jeffrey, Michael and Richard Slettedahl.
Charles Andrew Slettedahl, son of Lawrence W. and Evelyn A. (Schuller) Slettedahl was born on October 15, 1962 in Montevideo, MN. He grew up in Maynard, MN where he attended school and Maynard High School.
Chuck married Kellie Brace on November 20, 1984 in Watertown. The couple later divorced.
Chuck worked on repairing and installing Dairy Farms/Dairy Barns in Stockholm. He was last employed at Prairieland Ag. He enjoyed old cars and motorcycles.
Chuck is survived by his daughter, Tanya (David) Hambaugh of Montevideo, MN; his mother, Evelyn Slettedahl of Watertown, SD; two grandchildren, Jasmine and Eli; and his brothers, Russell Slettedahl of Watertown, SD, Jeffrey (Wanda) Slettedahl of Montevideo, MN, Michael Slettedahl of Watertown, SD, and Richard (Carla) Slettedahl of Danube, MN; his aunts and uncles, and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Lawrence Slettedahl, his sister Beverly Slettedahl Okoniewski, his grandparents Lawrence and Mildred Slettedahl, and Russell and Ida Schuller, and two aunts Kathy Schuller and Carol Schuller.
