Delores and Richard John Bohls were united in marriage on March 16, 1945 in Estelline, South Dakota. The couple was blessed with five children. She taught her daughters Diane and Charlene the art of canning all the vegetables in the garden, that she loved to grow, and also how to clean the house the right way!
Bud and Delores worked from sunrise to sunset every day of the week. When Saturday night came it was time to visit with friends and play pinochle or go dancing. When their sons Jim, Don and Ron were old enough to do the milking; every year, the couple found time to go fishing at West Whitlock.
Delores loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She taught them how to play cards and enjoy time with each other. She was a true example of being grateful and never ever complained.
