Elaine R. Lesnar, 73, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at Prairie Lakes Healthcare Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 am, Monday, May 2, 2022 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church with Father John Fischer as celebrant. Music by Jane Jaspers as organist, Blaine Martian as song leader and Angie Maag as soloist.
Visitation will be from 2-4 pm, with a rosary at 4 pm, Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown.
Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, Watertown, SD.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Elaine's nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Jason Maag, Darwin Maag, Scott Lesnar, Rob Lesnar, Tim Lesnar and Jerry Lesnar, Jr.

Elaine Rose Hoffman was born in Chicago, IL on July 14, 1948 to Walter and Anna (Ewalt) Hoffman. She graduated from Tuley High School in Chicago in 1966. At that time, she and her family moved to a Chicago suburb.
It was in 1973, while attending the wedding of her cousin in Grenville, SD, that she met the love of her life, Thomas Lesnar. They were married June 15, 1974 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Grenville. Following their marriage, they moved to Watertown.
Elaine's career was in banking. She retired in 2012 from Plains Commerce Bank after working there for 37 years. Soon after her retirement, she became a volunteer at Prairie Lakes Healthcare Center working in the gift shop.
Elaine was an active member of Holy Name of Jesus Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking, trying new recipes and creating her own. Her hobbies included crocheting, crafts and trivia of all kinds. Getting together with family and friends filled many of her happiest days.
She is survived by her brothers, Thomas (Becky) Hoffman of Magnolia, TX, Charles (Becky) Hoffman of Effingham, IL, and Michael (Jill) Hoffman of Humble, TX; sister-in-law, Jo Maag; brothers-in-law, Tony Lesnar, Bernie Lesnar, Bro. Reynold Lesnar, Pete Lesnar, Jerry (Darlene) Lesnar, Ray Lesnar, and Joe (Evonne) Lesnar; 30 nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and great nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, her parents, parents-in-law, her sisters-in-law, Shirley Lesnar and Darlas Lesnar and her brother-in-law, Lowell Maag.
