Gary C. Stickle, 64, of Watertown, SD, passed away on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at a care center in Mitchell, SD.
Private Family services will be on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown with Pastor Steve Biswell officiating.
Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Watertown, SD.
Urn Bearers will be Gary's nieces and nephews.
Gary Clinton Stickle was born to Marion and Myrtle (Selchert) Stickle on January 25, 1956 in Roseville, CA. The family lived in Watertown where Gary attended school, graduating from Watertown High School in 1974 and from Lake Area Vo-tech in 1977.
In 1975, Gary married Robin Bowen in Watertown and one child, Melissa was born to this union. They later divorced.
He worked at various mechanical jobs throughout his life.
Gary's hobbies included working on his motorcycle and cars. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing with his dogs.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, his maternal grandparents, his father, and nephew Eric Engen.
Gary is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Scott) LeStourgeon of Harper, TX; his mother, Myrtle Stickle of Watertown, SD; his siblings, Sharleen Engen, Wayne (Kathy) Stickle, and Trent (Helen) Stickle of Watertown, SD, Troy (Tina) Stickle of Sioux Falls, SD, Mitchell (Robyn) Stickle of Watertown, SD, and Michelle (Les) Peters of Corona, SD; and numerous nieces and nephews.
