Linnea Jo Allbee "Bug" or "The Wook" was born in Aberdeen, South Dakota on July 9, 2005 to Jessica (Schmidt) and James Allbee. From the moment she arrived she was known as her mom’s mini me. That hair, oh that hair, pure white and it stood straight up. Papa gave her the nick name “The Wook”.
She attended Kindergarten prior to moving to Watertown with her parents in 2011. She was attending Watertown High School and was a Junior at the time of her death. She enjoyed spending time with friends, she was part of the flag team and waitressed at The Barn, she loved her job. She was also involved in debate, which explains why she could argue any point and usually change your mind.
She loved her little brother with all her heart, he was her “bubbie”. They would spend hours together putting together Legos but he better stayed out of her room. She cherished the time she spent with her dad talking about classic cars and what her dream car was. Linnea couldn’t get enough of her mom’s macs. Bug got her sweet tooth from Papa Great. She loved curling up with her dog Daytona and snuggling with her bunny, Bun Jovi. She loved listening to music and watching her videos and could often be found with earbuds in her ears. If anyone knows Linnea you know how much she disliked jeans, she lived in leggings and sweatshirts.
She Loved going to Nana and Papas farm when given the chance, she was known as Nana’s “cat tamer”, and Papa’s Wook. Her frequent visits to the farm only grew her love for animals. She even loved Nana’s cow Betty. Linnea could often be found snuggled up on Papa's lap or laying by Nana when she was at the farm. Linnea loved the road trips to the farm with her mom, they would talk and listen to music the whole way! She got plenty of driving experience, she was a pro at driving the ranger, she even took out a guide wire with Auntie Omie’s explorer. Linnea was also one to easily get an “I love you” from Uncle Tyler.
