Shirley Zemlicka, age 87 of Watertown, SD, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
Memorial services will be 1:00pm, Tuesday, April 25,2023 at Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown with Pastor Ken Nelson officiating.
Visitation will be from 6-8:00pm, with a scripture service at 7:30pm, on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Wight & Comes Funeral Chapel in Watertown.
Interment will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Watertown.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jason, Brent, Tyson, Taylor, Shane and Zachary Zemlicka, Travis Heuer and Micheal Peterson.
Shirley Mae Zemlicka was born on April 8, 1936 to Delbert and Hazel (Trumer) Britzman. She grew up in Waverly, South Dakota.
Shirley was united in marriage with Harley Zemlicka in Watertown.
Shirley is survived by her children, Dallas Zemlicka of Marietta, OK, Rodney (Brenda) Zemlicka of Watertown, SD, Donna (Larry) Collier of Clear Lake, SD, Galen (Janet) Zemlicka of Milbank, SD, Linda (David) Heuer of Akaska, SD, Kevin Zemlicka of Springfield, SD, Lonnie (MaryLynn) Zemlicka of Watertown, SD; daughter-in-law, Linda Zemlicka of Billings, MT; 28 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; 4 step great-grandchildren; and her brother, Darwood Britzman.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harley; her two sons, Gary and Douglas; and two brothers, Jerry and Larry.
