Obituary for Teri Lynn Hoffman
Teri Hoffman, age 60, of Henry, SD, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at Prairie Lakes Hospital.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 AM, Friday, June 18, 2021 at the First United Methodist Church in Jamestown, ND.
Burial will be at Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
Teri Lynn Hoffman, daughter of William and Marilyn (Schielke) Seekins was born on July 3, 1960 in Jamestown, ND. She graduated from Jamestown High School in 1978.
On July 21, 1979, Teri married Daniel Hoffman at the First United Methodist Church in Jamestown, ND. The couple started their family before relocating to Watertown, SD in 1988, and finally settling in Henry, SD in 1989.
Teri made a living in the manufacturing industry working for the same company, currently known as Spartronics, for more than 20 years. She enjoyed the work she did, but mostly cherished the friends she made along the way.
Besides doing puzzles, reading, and keeping up on her tv shows, Teri loved spending time with her grandchildren. They all know and will fondly remember her as “Grandma T”.
Teri is survived by her husband, Daniel of Henry, SD; their children, Benjamin (Andra) Hoffman of Bellevue, NE, and Shannon (Joshua) Pester of Henry, SD; two brothers, Tim (Loni) Seekins of Andover, KS and Bill Seekins of Jamestown, ND; her sister, Lori (Ron) Ehley of Zimmerman, MN; five grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jacob, Olivia, Rocky and Mikell; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Seekins and Marilyn (Schielke) Babcock.
