Condolences & Tributes

We encourage you to share any memorable photos or stories about Robert. All tributes placed on and purchased through this memorial website will remain on in perpetuity for future generations.

My thoughts and prayers to the family. We lived next to Bob on Big stone Lake for a few years. I often think of the day in late fall when a storm came up and Bob was out fishing. He was thrown into the lake. It was cold, windy, raining and hailing. I was in our living and above the storm noise I could hear him yell for help. Logic tells me I should not have been able to hear him and to this day I know God put me in the right place to be able to spend more time with a good neighbor. God Bless Dean.

When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. . Ecclesiastes 9:5,6,10 tells us, .the dead are conscious of nothing at all. ... Also, their love and their hate and their jealousy have already perished. .. neither do they anymore have wages, ... there is no work nor devising nor knowledge in the grave where the dead go. What then is the Bible promise for them? Isaiah 26:19 "Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." Jesus promised in John 5:28: "... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Jesus was referring to the resurrection; this is our hope that helps us recover and gives us power to go on. My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.
